As owner/operator of Front Range Farrier Services LLC, I am committed to not only the physical well-being of your animal, but I believe it is just as important to ensure their mental health is looked after too!
I am a graduate and member of Equine Lameness Prevention Organization (ELPO) farrier school. I specialize in maintenance of barefoot and shod equine of all breeds with a strong emphasis in lameness prevention and correction utilizing natural balance protocols for the barefoot horse and glue on composite shoes proven to aid in healing, comfort, and performance in multiple arena's when the product is understood and used appropriately.
I am looking forward to caring for your equine and their hoof care needs, and hopefully helping you to understand your equines hoof care needs a little better in the near future.

For those difficult cases that need the extra attention

The foal, colt, hinny, filly, etc. should have its first trim at 3 to 4 weeks of age if the legs are fairly straight and normal. Earlier intervention should be applied if needed to make major adjustments–remember: “the earlier the better” when it comes to trying to modify a deviated boney column.
